Homzli is a service owned and operated by NLS Services, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is the seller of the service and the data controller responsible for the personal information described here. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to real estate agents who subscribe to Homzli and to homeowners who are invited by their agent.

Agent account information: name, email, phone, brokerage, website, service area, bio, profile photo, and logo.

Homeowner information: name, email, and property details your agent enters when inviting you, plus anything you add yourself — home systems, maintenance records, documents you upload, and notes.

Usage information: basic technical data such as device type, browser, and log data used to keep the service secure and working.

Payment information: subscription payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your billing name, billing address, country, and payment details, and shares limited order and subscription information with us. We never see or store full card numbers.

Homeowner records are private by default. Documents you upload, your home system details, and your maintenance history are yours. Your agent does not see them.

Your agent can see the basic contact and property details they entered when inviting you, whether you have activated your app, and anything you explicitly choose to share — for example, sharing your birthday, asking a question about your home value, or letting them know you are thinking about moving.

You can change what you share, or stop sharing, at any time from your app.

• To provide and maintain the Homzli app for agents and homeowners.
• To send invitations, reminders, and service-related notifications.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To provide customer support.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To improve the service using aggregated, non-identifying usage information.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell homeowner data.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate Homzli, and only as needed for those services. These recipients are:

• Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record, which processes payments, invoices, taxes, and refunds.
• Hosting and database providers — to store and serve your account and app data.
• Email delivery providers — to send invitations, reminders, and service notifications.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Information is stored with our hosting and database providers using encryption in transit, access controls, and per-account isolation so one agent's clients cannot access another's. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. If an account is closed, we delete or anonymize the associated information after a reasonable retention period, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of non-essential emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. To make a request, email us at support@homzli.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service, plus limited analytics to understand how the service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

Homzli is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the service or by email and update the date at the top of this page.
