Terms of Service

Homzli ("Homzli", "we", "us") is a service owned and operated by NLS Services, LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Homzli website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and, where applicable, authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.

Homzli has two types of users. Real estate agents subscribe to the Service and invite their clients. Homeowners use a branded app provided through their agent at no cost to the homeowner.

Agents are responsible for the accuracy of the branding, contact details, and contractor or vendor recommendations they publish to their clients. Homzli does not endorse, vet, license, or guarantee any third-party service provider listed by an agent.

Homeowners control what information they share back with their agent. Agents may only use client information obtained through the Service for legitimate communication related to their client relationship and in compliance with applicable law, including real estate advertising rules and anti-spam laws.

Homzli is offered as a paid subscription. New agent accounts include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you may cancel at any time before it ends without being billed.

After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at the plan price in effect when you subscribed — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose — until you cancel. Plans include capacity for up to 100 client accounts unless expanded capacity is arranged with us.

You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day refund window on subscription payments — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the change applies to your next renewal.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles all customer service inquiries relating to payments, invoices, taxes, and refunds on behalf of NLS Services, LLC. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.
• Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the logos, photos, documents, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and support the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any branding or imagery you upload.

The Service, including its software, design, and the Homzli name and logo, is owned by NLS Services, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, creates risk for other users, or fails to pay. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Home maintenance schedules, reminders, and tips are general guidance only and are not professional inspection, repair, legal, tax, or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NLS Services, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NLS Services, LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, your recommendations to clients, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where NLS Services, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
